    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical:

    Complete patients’ paperwork related to the filling of prescription when required.
    Assemble/prepare, label and dispense medications to patients, using the correct dosages, formulation & materials for each individual patient.
    Obtain Pharmacist’s approval on each patients’ prescription before final dispensingof medications to patients.
    Answer basic patient questions how to use their medicines safely when they return home or tothe Ward. Explain how to reduce medication side effects. Listen to all patients’ concerns; escalating such concerns to the Branch Pharmacist or the Head, Pharmacy Services whennecessary.
    Take assigned Call Duty as per Hospital/Department guidelines.

    Clerical

    Clean and sterilize surfaces & equipment and prepare the Pharmacy for opening or beforeeach new shift.
    Ensure the Hospital Pharmacy is tidy and properly arranged to make the identificationof products faster & easier and medicines are stored appropriately and securely.
    Complete and/or update relevant patient documentation in their File and/or electronic Patient Information (PIS) system.
    Rotate stock, remove expired medications and carry out other Pharmacy inventory control duties.
    Assist the Hospital Pharmacist (or in their absence) to conduct re-ordering, receiving, stocking and labelling medications & related products; monitoring the condition &quantityof such items to prevent stock-out, overstocking, deterioration or expiration. 
    Assist the Hospital Pharmacist with processing insurance (HMO) claims as needed.
    Prepare & submit accurate reports on medication/consumables use during a givenperiod(weekly, monthly etc.).
    Attend and participate in various Unit, Facility or Department meetings as required.
    Cooperate with the Hospital Pharmacist and/or Hospital Management to support the smoothrunning of general Hospital Operations in one’s assigned Facility

    Position Overview    

    • This position will be suited to an experienced person who has the technical ability and experience to ensure that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians and that the service department maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

    Specific Role Responsibilities    
    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Recruits hire and motivate qualified service technicians.
    • Assists technicians in developing their skills.
    • Understands keeps abreast of, and complies with all regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OHSA Right-to-Know, etc.
    • Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
    • Ensures that all department employees receive appropriate manufacturer training.
    • Conducts regular performance reviews for all technicians in accordance with dealership guidelines.
    • Ensures that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equal and fair manner.
    • Provides technical support for technicians when necessary.
    • Ensures repairs are charged out correctly.
    • Checks progress of each repair order throughout the day.
    • Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
    • Road tests vehicles to quality-check work performed.
    • Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly.
    • Establishes and maintains customer follow-up programs to confirm satisfaction with the service experience.
    • Handles all customer complaints within 24 hours, informing other managers as appropriate.
    • Manages department performance using tools such as the daily operating control (DOC), efficiency and productivity control, comeback reports, warranty reports, telephone surveys, and monthly forecasts.
    • Monitors technicians’ daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
    • Monitors shop conditions, including cleanliness, safety, and the condition of shop equipment. Reports problems to the service manager or dealer.
    • Ensures the proper care, storage, and inventory of special tools.
    • Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
    • Fills in for Service Advisor when necessary.
    • Attends manager and workshop production meetings as requested.
    • Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
    • Maintains a safe work environment.
    • Maintains professional appearance.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications and Experience    
    Experience Required:

    • Qualified Technician
    • Must have workshop Foreman experience
    • Prior Renault experience – advantageous but not essential.

    Minimum Qualification/s Required:

    • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Qualified Technician – essential
    • Recognised supervisory or management qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

    Other Requirements:

    • Valid, unendorsed driver’s license
    • Computer literate: proficiently able to use MS Office and relevant DMS functions.

    Manage the frontline fulfilment process in the market as part of delivering its overall operational objectives. You will be responsible for the day-to-day warehousing and dispatch operations for the market to ensure the company's targets and objectives on inventory and order fulfilment processes are met. Guarantee operational processes and standards are followed and oversee all housekeeping standards while driving continuous improvement at the market level.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Inbound outbound Management: Responsible for both inbound and outbound operations of the market. Assure on-time in full deliveries as the set company targets and assure the defined warehousing and dispatch costs are maintained per set targets. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner including management of customer returns per the agreed standards.
    Inventory Management: Deliver 100% Inventory Accuracy while working with the defined stakeholders to minimize stock-outs and damages while driving proper stock handling to minimize losses in damages.
    Operational Excellence: Lead identification and closure of Continuous Improvement Initiatives within the framework of Lean Principles within the warehouse. Execute all operations activities such as stock taking, physical inventory count, inventory accuracy in allocation, consumption levels, and order fulfilment. Actively engage in route planning and delivery schedules to ensure all deliveries and completed within the allocated delivery windows.
    People Management: Coach and manage associates (from third-party providers) to deliver shared objectives. Ensure the completion of daily tasks and responsibilities; resolve issues preventing the completion of tasks. Build a team philosophy and cultivate a team atmosphere by working with the team to achieve the company's targets and objectives. Train new employees in company policies and procedures, as well as product knowledge. Inculcate the company culture among team members and third-party partners and providers.
    Compliance: Assure compliance to Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and any identified requirements; compliance to all laid down Fulfilment SOPs and associated business processes.
    Reporting: Develop and present reports on inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, transport costs for the market, and order cancellation among other key aspects in warehousing & dispatch.

    Minimum Requirements

    A minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management (warehousing & dispatch) in a busy-paced environment;
    At least 2 years experience in a Supervisory role;
    Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma with at least 3 years demonstrated progressive career growth) in Sciences, Engineering, Computing, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Analytics;
    Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management;
    Tech Savvy and proficient in warehousing systems, data entry software/systems, and computer systems including Microsoft Suite;
    Membership in an appropriate professional body is an added advantage;
    Physical stamina, ability to work long hours on one’s feet;
