    Scope of Work (SOW)

    The evaluation will cover the health, nutrition, mental health, WASH, protection and shelter components as referenced in the program TOC. The evaluation will examine which pathways were effective in contributing to the project long term objectives. The specific evaluation questions are outlined in the table below.

    Time period: The summative project evaluation will focus on the program intervention period from 01 July 2023 to 30 June 2025.

    Evaluation locations: It will cover all three LGAs covered in the scope of this intervention, and encompass relevant stakeholders, in particular: beneficiaries, program implementation staff, program managers, country program teams, MoH and other agencies/partners.

    The Junior Estate Surveyor will play a vital role in the supervision and maintenance of all our retail facilities and properties. 
    The ideal candidate will assist in managing technical issues across stores, coordinate property repairs and maintenance, support fit-outs for new outlets, and ensure accurate documentation of all property-related matters.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise all store facility repair works and ensure timely resolution of issues
    Conduct regular maintenance checks on properties and equipment
    Attend to technical issues and facility-related complaints from stores
    Support fit-out and setup processes for new store openings
    Keep and update records of all company properties, leases, and documentation
    Procure and manage all store furniture, fittings, and equipment
    Inspect ongoing property and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with standards
    Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers when necessary

    Requirements

    B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field
    Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
    Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    Must be willing to travel between store locations as required
    A team player with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to facility management.

    17. Manage sales point inventory—determine inventory needs of every sales point and organize restocks.
    18. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer support tickets and complaints from resellers
    19. Planning, developing, training and empowering existing down line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.
