We’re excited to share another Street Fighter 6 tier list opinion with you today, this time coming from two time Capcom Cup finalist and most recently a Street Fighter League world champion, Chris Tatarian.
The long time Ken player voiced his thoughts a few months back on his main not being one of the matter of fact top three in the game, but has now put together a full list including all 21 roster members in order.
Chris organizes the cast across five separate tier levels, the bottom of which is reserved for just a single character: E. Honda. For as much grief as Honda can dish out with his headbutt and butt slam approaches, Chris feels the character just doesn’t have what it takes once you know how to fend off his go-to gimmicks.
At the very top of the list is a character who’s often brought up in higher tier discussions, but rarely deemed the best in the game. This is none other than the Strongest Woman in the World: Chun-Li, who indeed has tons of tools to fight effectively through the game’s most important avenues, but perhaps hasn’t been as obviously powerful as fighters like Luke.
Recent nerfs (and all else) considered, Chris places Ken just inside the top 10 at number 8 overall. The strong player’s choice for Blanka is turning heads on X as we’re already seeing a few expressions of distaste at the fact that the character is placed so close to the likes of Jamie and Kimberly.
