After waiting a few months, Mortal Kombat 1 fans finally got to see DC’s Peacemaker in in action in his own trailer alongside the next DLC Kameo fighter too.
NetherRealm Studios announced today that the Kombat Kast is coming back next week to show off the new MK1 character and Janet Cage.
As can be seen in the announcement, the next Kombat Kast will be taking place Tuesday, February 27, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET.
This is just one day before Peacemaker releases, so players are going to get a better taste of what the character can do just hours before they can get their hands on him.
They don’t mention it in the announcement, but NRS will hopefully be providing more information on Krossplay during the broadcast too since that highly-requested feature will be dropping at the same time as Peacemaker.
It’s not said how long the stream will last though judging by other Kombat Kasts, they’ll probably go on for around an hour — maybe a bit longer for Janet and Krossplay.
The MK developers are going to show off how Peacemaker will perform in terms of combos and special mechanics with his helmet powers and eagle likely as well as his second Fatality, a Brutality and more for the Kameo.
Streaming will be handled on NetherRealm’s official Twitch channel, and you’ll be able to watch alongside us here when the time comes next week.
