Guilty Gear Strive is going strong into its third season, but players have been wondering who the next Daredevil is going to be for a few months now.
During today’s ARC Live broadcast, Arc System Works shared a teaser image showing off the silhouette of the next DLC character for Guilty Gear Strive as well as a few other reveals.
The 12th additional fighter for Strive doesn’t give too much away from their outline, but it appears as though they likely have long hair and holding their arm or something above their head.
There’s obviously no definitive answer yet. Fans have two prevailing theories, however, being either Venom or A.B.A, and either one seems to have people pretty excited.
If it is the giant key wielder, it appears as though A.B.A may no longer have that key sticking out of her head though quite some time has passed since her last inclusion in Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R.
And if it’s Venom, the last time we saw him was running a bakery with Robo-Ky, so we’d be curious what would bring him back to the battlefield.
ArcSys previously announced this DLC character would be available to play at the Arc World Tour Finals venue in demo form from March 21–23, so we’ll at least know their identity by then though a reveal trailer beforehand is still pretty likely.
As for other announcements during the stream, a Guilty Gear Strive live music concert will be held at the finals venue for everyone with a ticket to day three, and they plan to stream the show online too.

Moreover, the Arc World Tour 2024 was already confirmed too with Guilty Gear and Under Night In-Birth II: Sys[Celes] being the primary titles and the first stop being Evo Japan 2024.
No Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is a bit surprising since it was added at the end of the 2023 tour, but this could indicate Cygames is planning to host their own pro circuit.
