This position reports to the Head of CRM of Mr D.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in managing the CRM channels and CRM budget
- Map out the customer journey along with key communication channels, messaging and desired outcome
- Segmentation and management of the customer database to ensure the correct targeting and communication
- Reporting on performance of communication with the intention of optimising communication and customer behaviour
- Analyse data to derive insights into the customer base and formulate communication plans to drive desired behaviour.
- Ensure that all CRM touchpoints contribute to a consistent and positive brand image and experience
- Develop test strategies and use the derived insights to develop more effective ways of communicating with customers
- Support other customer facing departments with guidelines on customer engagement
Skills & Attributes required:
- Proficiency in CRM/Automation tools (e.g. Braze, Hubspot)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Looker, GA, Tableau etc)
- Experience in marketing and communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- A relevant tertiary education
- 5 years experience within CRM
- Experience within e-commerce and/or a digital company
