Morrigan Lynx dares to show Cammy's backside and other angles during cosplay

Since her debut in Super Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers, Cammy White has become one of the most popular characters in the Street Fighter series. Unlike the other “new challengers” (Dee Jay, T. Hawk, and Fei Long), Cammy has been playable throughout all of Street Fighter 4, Street Fighter 5, and Street Fighter 6.

Needless to say, it’s really no wonder why Cammy has become such a popular target among cosplayers bold enough to portray her. With that in mind, we recently took notice of Morrigan Lynx’s Instagram page where she’s posted several photos of herself cosplaying as Cammy White.

Morrigan Lynx often promotes her Cammy shots by stating something along the lines of how Cammy’s back is back. Indeed, Cammy’s backside tends to be pretty eye-catching considering her outfit of choice.

Most often, Cammy is seen fighting in her green thong leotard. The presence of her Delta Red insignia, red beret, red gauntlets, red socks, and black combat boots can also be noticed.

Supposedly, Cammy’s preference for the thong leotard is due to how it enables her optimal speed, mobility, and flexibility. With that said, Cammy has seemingly retained her speedy attributes in Street Fighter 6 despite having a brand new default costume that doesn’t incorporate a thong leotard.

It’s worth noting that Morrigan Lynx is portraying Cammy based on how she appears specifically in Street Fighter 5. The absence of green camouflaged paint on her legs can be observed.

Instead, a gun holster can be seen wrapped around Cammy’s right thigh. There’s also a harness wrapped around Cammy’s green leotard.

Notably, the idea of Cammy having a gun holster and harness incorporated into her appearance was part of one of Cammy’s earlier designs. As it turns out, the developers at Capcom decided to return to this idea when Cammy’s look was slightly reworked in Street Fighter 5.

However, it’s important to understand that Cammy has never been seen to draw a weapon from her gun holster during gameplay. Since her debut, Cammy has always strictly been a close-combat rush down character in the Street Fighter series.

In one of her photos, Morrigan Lynx as Cammy is seen facing off against another cosplayer that’s posing as M. Bison. This is very symbolic of Cammy’s overall story leading up to Street Fighter 5.

Originally, Cammy was created as a clone of M. Bison who was intended to act as M. Bison’s replacement body once his Psycho Powers took its toll on his original body.
