Rodrigo Moreno struck late as Valencia prevailed 2-1 over Nigeria

Wednesday. The Spaniard notched a late goal to help the Oranges secure a narrow victory against the visiting selected Nigerian league side in a friendly on Wednesday at the Luis Súñer stadium.
The hosts dominated the game against a defensive Nigeria selected side and were rewarded with a lead through Medran who beat goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa with a header in the 10th minute.
In the 32nd minute, Osadiaye grabbed the equalizer as he headed home thanks to a defensive blunder. In the second half, the Nigerian side held their own despite several
changes to the starting line-up to snatch a point, but the hosts netted
through Moreno in the 83rd minute to secure victory.
It was dramatical game to remember, but the Spanish side surely deserved the victory as their efforts and hard work paid off.
