Mass Mobilisation to paint Prof Kevin Etta’s house

I have been restless after seeing Prof Kevin Etta as another example of our failed reward system. I am determined that we honour him for his contributions to CRS. I can no longer stand the sight of the deplorable condition of his house. Yes he just came back from his surgery operation and spent over 24 million naira. It could be frustrating spending all of one’s life with no gratitude especially from those he made into Deputy Governor, Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice Chancellors, Professors, Registrars, Deputy Registrars, Bursars, academic Doctors, Deans, top management staff and other professions outside the academic environment

Prof Kevin Etta house needs to be painted, he needs to be appreciated as we prepare for his birthday next year by 13th of May 2018. We plan not just a birthday party for him at his 80th Birthday but a trust fund for education to immortalize him.

Prof Kevin Etta is an incorruptible man that served as Vice Chancellor giving admission and employment without financial inducement. He wrote his name on gold and remains one of the finest person in Cross River State.

Today I graciously met him and got his mandate for a mobilization to paint his house. He graciously offered his account number for collection of funds to organize the exercise for the painting of his house. I am not a signatory to the account but the account has been one of his dormant account that we have decided to use for purposes of transparency and accountability. I have added his son Dr. Kaiser Etta to my friends list to protect me from people that will want to sabotage my efforts through blackmail.

My target for the conclusion of the exercise is next week Saturday. I will be copying and reporting this article on daily basis until the project is completed. The initiative was muted by Patrick Nja my friend and I say a big thank you to him. A date for the actual painting of the house will be given 7 days before the exercise, I urge those that can be present that day to avail themselves. I hope we do the painting ourselves without employing external labour.
