The 12th edition of Mister Africa International is set to captivate audiences from December 12th to 24th in Freetown, Sierra Leone. This grand celebration of African talent and culture will culminate with the grand finale on Sunday, December 22nd, at the prestigious Mamba Point Hotel. Organized by the House of Twitch in collaboration with MMSL, this year’s event carries the inspiring theme “Strength and Pride.”
Contestants from 16 countries will compete for the crown, aiming to succeed reigning king Eric Osaze from Nigeria, who has brought honor to the title. The competition continues to serve as a platform for showcasing Africa’s finest talents while promoting cultural exchange and leadership development.
This year’s festival is particularly groundbreaking, with the inclusion of a delegate from Northern Africa, marking a significant step in broadening the competition’s reach. Ayotunde Twitch, the founder of the pageant, shared his excitement:

“Over the last few years, we have welcomed contestants from over 40 countries. What’s spectacular this year is our delegate from Northern Africa, and we hope that this will open more doors for other nations to join.”
Adding star power to the event, former Mister Africa International winner and entrepreneur Dr. Emmanuel Umoh, alongside former Mr. Liberia, Momo, will make special appearances. Their achievements exemplify how the pageant transforms contestants into global icons and change-makers.
