The home will be a comprehensive care facility for the elderly, featuring living quarters with private bathrooms, medical facilities, communal dining and leisure areas, and spaces for activities and crafts. It will include essential services like laundry facilities and 24-hour nursing care. The building is designed to be accessible, with wide corridors and ramps throughout. Additionally, it will have a garden area for outdoor relaxation and nearby parking for visitors.
On each floor, there are plans to create cozy spaces where residents can celebrate birthdays, gather, and socialize. The building also includes a guest room and exits onto a garden and park area.
The monastery website offers several ways to offer donations towards the construction of the old folks’ home.
