Have a comprehensive knowledge of all PachaMama Foods products, the company, and FAQs.
Work with the sales team to create and implement effective in-store and outdoor merchandising strategies and plans that meet the needs of customers and drive sales growth.
Send daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to team lead Merchandiser.
Seek other sales opportunities for Pachamama products like other stores and sales outlets.
Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately on the shelves.
Collect customer details and encourage customers to be part of the company health club and database.
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into merchandising strategies and plans.
Foster strong relationships with store management and personnel to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans and programs.
Participate in activation and Marketing activities of the company.
Collaborate with stores account officer/contact person to raise new orders and follow up with payments.
Track product inventory levels, report any issues of expiry or shortages to management.
Meet Sales target as will be assigned.
