Job Description
Mechanical Engineer
for Bokpoort Concentrated Solar Power Plant in Northern Cape, South Africa, who will supervise and manage the mechanical maintenance activities in the plant, including preventative and corrective maintenance, planning for shutdowns, and overhauling work activities; organizing maintenance, troubleshooting and modification of all mechanical machinery in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and machine reliability.
Who will fit:
- 5-8 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance activities of power plants with strong background in conventional steam turbine plants
- Bachelors of Technology in Engineering
- Detailed understanding of preventive, and predictive maintenance theory
- South African is preferred
