Requirements:
BEng/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 Years’ mechanical building services experience
Proven experience working on building projects such as commercial offices, large shopping centres, high-rise apartment buildings, residential buildings, factories, township developments, etc.
Proficiency in Revit Software
Exposure to rational fire design advantageous
Ability to conduct site inspections, attend meeting and liaise with the professional team
