The Marketing Manager will be at the heart of driving all marketing activity across the company. In a key role at The Hello Group, you will be expected to be involved at all levels, from drafting emails, direct marketing campaigns to monitoring competitor activity and developing marketing strategies. The job is full of variety, and you will need to be able to turn your hand to a variety of tasks.

EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Telco, Retail or Fintech space.
- 3-5 years’ experience Managing a Marketing team.
- Digital Design experience in the design of Websites, online portals and application design.
- Strong portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or related diploma in the marketing, business, or related field.
SKILLS
- Extensive Google AdWords advertising knowledge.
- High-level Excel skills.
- Reporting Skills.
- Project Management Skills.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Have an understanding of UX experience design methodologies.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Social media content design and management.
- Proficient in Corporate brand marketing material (Posters, flyers,
- Billboards, vehicle branding etc).
- An eye for design and great attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities
SOCIAL MEDIA & ONLINE STRATEGY
- Website development.
- Continuous competitor analysis from an online Social Media perspective.
- Manage online customer service.
- Online lead generation campaigns and management.
- Google AdWords and YouTube advertising campaign management.
- Social media strategy and campaign drives.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
MARKETING STRATEGY MANAGEMENT
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
- Managing Marketing material and the return on investment (ROI).
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Responsible for promotion and activation execution report backs.
- Manage partner relationships with pay-out partners from different countries.
- Manage product and partner launches.
- Managing of the marketing warehouse and inventory.
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
MARKETING TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
- Delegating & supervising fair workflow between all designers and web developers.
- Considering business stakeholders before making final decisions.
- Prioritize marketing team tasks accordingly.
- Coordinating projects between designers and execution teams.
BUDGET/ FINANCE MANAGEMENT
- Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment (ROI).
