Job Location: Must be Resident in Lekki, Lagos.
Role Summary
Responsible for Marketing and Customer Relations Management functions for HiiT Lekki Branch.
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Functions:
- Support the planning and implementation ofMarketing strategies towards the actualization ofBranch’s Marketing and sales Goals/Objectives.
- Manage lead generation, prospects engagement and conversion process (sales) in line with S/N 1 above.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and social media engagement of the branch.
Customer Relations Management Functions:
- Manage CRM functions.
- Continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in the engagement of Prospects and Customers in order to sustain Brand reputation.
- Develop strategies to enhance nurturing of leads/conversion process and improve on Customers satisfaction.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
- Must possess Marketing/Sales Skills.
- At least intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
- Creativity and problem-solving Skills.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
- A minimum of 2-year proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in Small and Medium Industries.
- Proven experience as a call center agent in an organization is a plus.
- Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
