Location: South South And South East

Salary : 250k-300k Gross Monthly plus other benefits

Expr:  3-5 Years (FMCG) as a Marketing Development Manager.

Qualification – HND/BSC in marketing or other relevant areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
  2. Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  3. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  4. Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
  5. Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
  6. Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
  7. Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  8. Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  9. Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
  10. Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  11. Research who your target audience is and determine their pain points.
  12. Look for and build relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools at your disposal (phone, email, online meetings, and conferences).
  13. Generate new sales and marketing opportunities and take orders in collaboration with sales team.
  14. Encourage our existing customers into recurring purchases.
  15. Track sales performance and compare the results to our established goals (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually)
  16. Present performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies (which products performed best and which consumer group bought them the most).
  17. Manage sales point inventory—determine inventory needs of every sales point and organize restocks.
  18. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer support tickets and complaints from resellers
  19. Planning, developing, training and empowering existing down line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.
