Although she’s one of the new characters that the public hasn’t gotten their hands on yet, Marisa is already catching the eye of prospective Street Fighter 6 players, and it’s not hard to see why.






The brutal lady’s got some explosive punches and kicks that’ll send you flying, and using all of her match and trailer footage available thus far, Hatson has collected together all of Marisa’s interesting attacks and surprising amount of target combos together for a better idea as to how she’ll work.









Hatson begins his big thread with an apparent kick that we don’t get to see the full animation of because she’s getting Zangief’s massive boots to the face though it looks a bit similar potentially to her stance low kick.



He was also able to point out at least like 3 or 4 punch target combos Marisa appears to have in SF6 between light to medium, medium to medium and heavy to heavy, so she’ll seemingly have quite a few ways to confirm into her specials (depending on how many of them can do so).



Just like her big golden Gladius punch, Hatson shows that Marisa is capable of charging up her heavy punches and kicks by holding the button down longer like Zangief, Luke and others could in Street Fighter 5.



We don’t quite know yet what sorts of benefits these charged normals are going to offer her over the standard version, but they’ll likely at least leave her safe on block and potentially set up new combo routes.



Another community member in NurseLee also pointed out the neat heart effects that have been added to some of Marisa’s big hits in SF6 too.
