Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford finds himself stranded in between games for England and Aston Villa.

Since his shaky departure from Old Trafford, the young star has enjoyed a hiatus under loan at Unai Emery’s Aston Villa, making 9 appearances and assisting 4 goals for the Villans so far this season.

More recently, the 27 year-old featured in the Fifa World Cup qualifiers clash with Albania on Friday, his first national cap for over a year, in which the Three Lions came away with a breezy 2-0 victory.

Now though, Rashford finds himself stranded in between games with old personal complications arising.

According to Goal, “Marcus Rashford’s car broke down on the motorway to leave the England and Aston Villa forward stranded.”

The breakdown occurred when one of the tyres on Rashford’s £700,000 Rolls-Royce blew out on the M60 motorway, presumably on his way back from Wembley to his Manchester residence.

Rashford was reportedly left stranded on the side of the motorway for over an hour while he waited for his posh motor to be towed away.

This isn’t the first time he has experienced car trouble either, as he was involved in another crash, also a Rolls-Royce, when leaving a training session at Carrington.

The collision put Red Devils teammate Tyrell Malacia in the hospital and left Rashford shaken.

With a 6-month driving ban for being caught doing 104mph on the M604 also featuring in his dotted driving history, fans and teammates alike will hope that the United star will foster more care behind the wheel in future.
