Mandy Parmer passed away at the age of 62 on Dec. 18, 2024, in Glenwood, Arkansas. Born on Feb. 2, 1962, Mandy lived a life marked by the love and connections she fostered with those around her.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Parmer; her sister, Sheila Peevy; her daughter, Amanda Bryan; her granddaughter, Kimberly Bryan; and her grandsons, Jacob, Jonathan, and Michael Bryan. Mandy also leaves behind two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Lofton Hutto and Gatsuy Williamson Hutto Jowers.
No memorial services are planned. An immediate family viewing was scheduled for Dec. 20, with cremation following.
