Manchester United suffered another injury blow in their game against West Ham this afternoon.
Coming into the game, Erik ten Hag had no fit left backs in the squad other than 17-year-old academy star Harry Amass.
Noussair Mazraoui filled in for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, who are yet to feature for United this season.
Diogo Dalot, Jonny Evans and Lisandro Martinez have also been used as makeshift left backs before.

Today, United’s problems on that side have worsened, as Noussair Mazraoui was forced off with an injury.
He shrugged off a challenge from Jarrod Bowen but quickly pulled up wincing as he fell to the floor.
He was replaced in the 84th minute by Victor Lindelof, just three minutes after United equalised through Casemiro.
The Moroccan was seen holding his knee on the sideline and was promptly substituted as the medical staff attended to him.
The fact that he was brought off almost instantly is not a good sign.
If he is out for an extended period of time, United’s only healthy full back would be Dalot.

Shortly after he was taken off the pitch, United conceded a penalty, which Bowen slotted to win the game for West Ham.
The 2-1 loss was United’s fourth in the Premier League this season and drops them down to 14th in the table.
With another player added to their deep absentee list, Mazraoui’s injury will not help Ten Hag turn United’s poor start to the season around.
