Manchester United are lining up their planned sales with the winter transfer window just around the corner.
With Ruben Amorim starting to get the feel of his new squad, he’s identifying his starting XI.
Players who are deemed to be ‘surplus to requirements’ will be urged to move on in the upcoming windows.
A number of the players in that category were signed long before the days of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Erik ten Hag.
One player who has long been linked with a exit, has now been confirmed to leave United.

That player is Casemiro – one who has looked well past his best in the last 12 months.
Casemiro was among the starters for United in their recent loss to Newcastle on Monday night.
The Brazilian was subbed and it is up for debate as to whether Amorim will place hope in the midfielder again.
The 32-year-old is extremely likely to leave in January, despite being expected to leave last summer.
According to reports in Brazil from UOL, Casemiro has been given the green light to be sold whenever the soonest opportunity arises.
The report goes on to mention that Casemiro ‘agrees to leave’ and very much ‘welcomes’ a move to Saudi Arabia, in order to find his feet again.
The Saudi Public Investment Fund are said to be ‘determined’ in landing the former Real Madrid midfielder.
Al Hilal, Al-Ahli, Al-Ettifaw and Al-Qadsiah are among several clubs interested in acquiring his services.
A move to Al-Nassr may well be on the cards, being able to link up with Cristiano Ronaldo.
It has been a miserable story for the 32-year-old with the Red Devils.
Having arrived under Erik ten Hag, Casemiro went on to win the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
However, his tenure will be remembered for his lack of pace, mobility and quality on the ball.
