The day is here. Manchester United have officially made their first signing of the Ruben Amorim era at Old Trafford with Patrick Dorgu set to move to Old Trafford.
United have finally agreed terms with Lecce to sign the left-winger after having several bids rejected over the recent weeks.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that the deal has been made for £25 million (€30 million) plus £4 million (€5 million), coming to a total value of £29 million (€35 million).
It’s understood that personal terms have already been agreed between United and Patrick Dorgu, with a five year contract ready to be signed.
All that’s left for the deal to get across the line is to sign all the paperwork and for Dorgu to fly to Carrington to complete his medical assessment.
Patrick Dorgu to Manchester United, here we go! Verbal agreement in place with Lecce, documents to be checked in next 24h.
Fee will be €30m plus €5m in add-ons not guaranteed.
