Manchester United have faced plenty of criticism for lack of strategy in their recruitment policy.
Fans have ran out of patience in the last decade watching the club spend big on players who have gone on to flop.
The new INEOS regime aims to target a specific type of player.
In particular, young and low-cost.
As seen at Chelsea, the method of signing young talent for the future can pay dividends.
United are preparing for the long-term and have identified two hot prospect who may well join in near future.

United scouts have been monitoring Porto’s rising stars Samu Aghehowa and Rodrigo Mora in recent weeks.
Sources have told CaughtOffside that United are planning a major squad overhaul.
An overhaul set to take place despite United having spent over £600 million on young players under Erik ten Hag.
However, the Red Devils are currently limited by Premier League profit and sustainability rules.
Aghehowa joined Porto in the summer for £12.5 million from Atletico Madrid, despite strong interest from Chelsea.
His deal includes a 50% sell-on clause and an £82 million release clause.
The striker has been in outstanding form, scoring 18 goals and providing two assists in 21 matches.
United are also tracking 17-year-old attacking midfielder Rodrigo Mora.
The Portuguese has been likened to be the next Bruno Fernandes.
Mora has contributed three goals and three assists in seven Liga Portugal appearances this season.
His contract reportedly includes a £55 million release clause.
It remains unclear whether Porto would entertain offers below that figure.
United will have to show patience in upcoming transfer windows, with selling clubs well aware of United’s situation.
INEOS will also be well aware of the pitfalls in making the same mistakes as the Glazers in transfer negotiations.
