The latest shake-up sees another key staff member departing Old Trafford.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, once a beloved figure at United, continues his coaching journey abroad.
Having taken on the role at Besiktas, he is looking to implement a structured, data-driven approach.
The Turkish club has ambitions to challenge at the top of the Super Lig and compete effectively in Europe.
To achieve this, Solskjaer has been assembling a backroom team he trusts.
United has a long history of producing top-level coaching and analytical talent.
Many of those who leave the club go on to make significant contributions elsewhere.
Besiktas, eager to modernize their approach, sees the value in adopting a high-level analysis structure.
Solskjaer understands the importance of having top analysts to support his tactical framework.
He has long been known as a manager who values preparation and attention to detail.
At United, his tenure was marked by a blend of attacking intent and structured organization.
To replicate success at Besiktas, he is bringing in someone with deep knowledge of football analysis.

Tom Green, a senior performance analyst at Manchester United, is set to leave the club to take up a similar but more senior role at Besiktas under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The 33-year-old joined the club from Derby County in 2017 to join up with Jose Mourinho’s team.
He impressed, as he did under subsequent managers Ralf Rangnick, Erik ten Hag, and Ruben Amorim.
“He’s considered a really good football analyst and Ole needs that at Besiktas, someone who can produce and do the dirty work, create the pre-match analysis, lead the manager into a match and make sure Ole has all the data on his iPad,” one source, who is familiar with Green’s reputation but not authorized to speak publicly, told The Athletic.
“He’ll have to make sure that the coach has the game on his computer after the match, that all coaches have analysis clips pre, live, and post-match.
In his role, he’d send individual clips to players before and after the games showing their actions.
He’ll be important for Ole and his staff – it’s a brave, bold move and he has to be admired for doing that after seven or eight years over at Man United.”
Green is well respected at Old Trafford, popular, and is considered to have done a good job.
He’ll be a loss to Amorim’s set-up, though the other analysts remain.
It’s not yet known if Green will be replaced.
United wish Green well with this new opportunity, where sources with knowledge of the appointment, speaking on condition of anonymity to protect relationships, indicate that he’ll be made lead analyst.
