Manchester United are expected to miss seven players for their trip to London against West Ham on Sunday.
Kobbie Mainoo and Harry Maguire are both out until November with muscle injuries.
Antony suffered an ankle sprain against Fenerbahce on Thursday and will be unavailable – the extent of his injury is unknown as it is still being assessed.
Luke Shaw, Leny Yoro and Tyrell Malacia are yet to feature for the Red Devils this season, as they battle long-term issues.
Meanwhile, Mason Mount was not seen in training and is set to miss another game, as he recovers from a head injury he sustained at the beginning of the month.

Jonny Evans returns to training
However, a key player for Erik ten Hag is expected to return, as he was previously a doubt for United’s game at the London Stadium.
Earlier today, Jonny Evans was spotted back in training with United’s first team.
In light of their injury crisis, Evans has started the last two Premier League games for United.
However, he was absent for Thursday night’s 1-1 draw with Fenerbahce, and it was unknown if he would be fit for Sunday.
Today, he fully participated in training at Leyton Orient’s home ground, Gaughan Group Stadium.

With such a short rest between Thursday’s game and tomorrow, United did not train at Carrington this afternoon.
Orient’s stadium is only a 10 minute drive from West Ham’s home ground and the club were happy to host United.
They played Wycombe away earlier today and were able to accomodate Ten Hag’s men at their stadium.
After they play West Ham, United have another short rest before they face Leicester in the EFL cup on Wednesday.
Jonny Evans returning is vital for Ten Hag, who has just three other fit centre backs in his squad.
