Manchester United and manager Erik ten Hag already had four confirmed absences for their game on Saturday.
The Red Devils host 11th-placed Brentford at Old Trafford in the English Premier League.
Leny Yoro, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are all battling long-term injuries and are yet to appear this season.
Noussair Mazraoui is the latest casualty for Erik ten Hag, battling minor heart functioning issues.
Mason Mount, Alejandro Garnacho, Harry Maguire, Amad Diallo and Kobbie Mainoo are all questionable to play.

In the midst of their worst start to a Premier League season ever, ten Hag has had a further injury setback.
Manuel Ugarte was forced off injured in Uruguay’s 0-0 draw with Ecuador last night.
Ugarte signaled to the bench as soon as he was injured.
He was substituted in the 82nd minute, limping off with assistance from one of the medical staff members.
There has been speculation that he had pain in his right leg or that he was simply struggling with fitness problems.
As of yet, nothing has been confirmed.
However, any time that a player leaves the field injured immediately is not a good sign and it’s most probable that Manuel Ugarte will miss United’s game against Brentford.

The 23-year-old put in an impressive performance for his national team last night, helping them keep a clean sheet.
He won five duels, made seven ball recoveries and two interceptions, playing in a double pivot with Federico Valverde.
Ugarte is yet to make a serious impression for United and was demoted to the bench for their last two games against Aston Villa and Porto.
In the other five games he featured in, United have two wins, two draws and one loss.
Casemiro has been phased out of the starting XI since Liverpool and the only other option in defensive midfield is Toby Collyer.
With Mainoo starting almost every game at only 19 years old, Erik ten Hag will be praying that Manuel Ugarte’s injury is nothing serious.
