Despite Manchester United’s limited transfer budgets for the upcoming transfer windows, The Red Devils are still considering moves for some top targets.
United are firmly keeping tabs on two wonderkid midfielders being labelled as “generational talents”.
Chris Rigg and Sverre Halseth Nypan are considered the next Jude Bellingham and Martin Odegaard, with United keen on bringing them to Old Trafford.
However, there may be issues with this plan.
Sunderland is reportedly not interested in considering any offer to their “unavailable” young talent, whilst Nypan wants to prioritise teams that ensure him first-team football.

These barriers unfortunately may be too much to overcome with Nypan having to content with Bruno Fernandes, Mason Mount, Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte all fighting it out for spots in the centre.
However, United are also looking to French giants PSG, targeting one of their young strikers.
Manchester United’s move for PSG star Randal Kolo Muani
It’s already been reported that The Red Devils are keeping tabs on Randal Kolo Muani.
Now, French outlet Le 10 Sport have reported that United have made contact with PSG over a move for the striker.
Kolo Muani arrived at PSG back in 2023 on transfer deadline day from Eintracht Frankfurt for €95 million.
Since joining, the 25-year-old has made attempts at breaking into the first squad, with 11 goals and six assists in 52 games. However, Kolo Muani is still seen as more of a rotation player.
However, due to the financial constraints United are experiencing, it’s understood The Red Devils are just looking for a loan move at this time.
