With Kevin De Bruyne’s contract expiring at the end of the season, Manchester City are looking for a replacement.
There has been speculation that the Belgian midfielder may move to Saudi Arabia next summer.
De Bruyne has been one of the best players in the world for over half a decade, so the successor in his position would need to be a top talent.
However, other European heavyweights have their eyes on City’s No 1 target, including Manchester United.

The Red Devils have registered their interest in Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala, CaughtOffside reports.
They will have to compete with Liverpool, Real Madrid, Chelsea and, of course, City.
Next summer is a pivotal year for Bayern if they want to retain the 21-year-old.
If they do not come to an agreement on a new deal next year, they would have to sell him in 2025 or allow him to leave as a free agent when his contract expires in 2026.
When asked if he would leave the Bundesliga to join another big club, Musiala kept his cards close to his chest.

‘I am very happy at FC Bayern and fully focused on our goals with the club and the national team.
‘I don’t think too much about where I will be playing in five years.
‘Things can always change quickly in the world of football,’ he said.
While City are the reported frontrunners to sign Jamal Musiala, United will soon also need a long-term attacking midfield replacement, with Bruno Fernandes turning 30 this year.
Musiala is valued at a staggering €130million by Transfermarkt.
Right now, there are two clear options: either he signs a new contract with Bayern Munich before next season or he is sold for a hefty fee in the summer.
In any case, it would be absurd if Bayern allow his contract to expire and see him leave on a free transfer in 2026.
