Manchester United beat Brentford 2-1 at Old Trafford last week in a tight and controversial contest.
On the stroke of half-time, Ethan Pinnock equalised for the visitors with a header from a corner.
Prior to this, Matthijs de Ligt was told to come off the pitch with a head injury, despite insisting that he was able to continue.
United had 10 men on the pitch when the goal went in, which led to some animated reactions from the coaches and De Ligt himself.
For their aggressive behaviour, the FA warned that they could end up in some trouble this week.

Darren Fletcher Charged by FA
Now, it has been announced that Darren Fletcher has been charged with misconduct towards an official.
Along with other United coaches, the 40-year-old was arguing with fourth official Gavin Ward as they walked into the tunnel at half-time.
According to the FA, Fletcher overstepped the line and was the worst transgressor.
A statement read: ‘It’s alleged that the coach acted in an improper and/or confrontational manner and/or used abusive and/or insulting words towards the fourth official and the referee and/or assistant referees.
‘Darren Fletcher has until Tuesday, 29 October, to respond.’

Erik ten Hag shared his coaches’ sentiments, speaking after the game to Match of the Day.
‘We didn’t know why the referee brought one of our players in a critical moment off the pitch. It was dry blood – it happened before.
‘Then in a critical moment on a corner from them – which is their strength – they bring one of our best headers off and then Brentford take benefit from it,’ Ten Hag explained.
‘Of course then you are frustrated. Everyone was angry. We took that as fuel.
‘We showed with a quick start in second half that we wanted to put things right and we did with two beautiful goals,’ he said.
Fletcher’s punishment will likely be in the form of a fine, the amount of which has not yet been revealed.
