Manchester United are looking to strengthen their attack over the coming transfer windows by signing another striker to their ranks.
Ruben Amorim has Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee at his disposal, whilst also testing out Marcus Rashford as a striker-come-attacking-midfielder, to be able to step up to the solo striker role.
Zirkzee looks to be finally finding his feet at Old Trafford, grabbing a brace against Everton, whilst Rashford grabbed the other two in their 4-0 win.
However, this isn’t enough depth for Amorim, with Roy Keane previously highlighting how United used to have a collection of prolific strikers at any one time.
When United last won the Premier League in 2012/13, the squad comprised of Wayne Rooney, Robin Van Persie and Chicharito as options up top.
Now, Amorim is looking to Portugal once more to bring in a new striker to support his already-developing side.

Manchester United and Chelsea look to Samu Omorodion
Todo Fichajes have now reported that Manchester United are looking to Samu Omorodion of Porto.
The Spanish star is having a great season, with 13 goals and an assist in 16 games this campaign.
Samu even scored a brace against United back in October when the pair met in the Europa League, ending in a 3-3 draw.
However, United aren’t the only one interested with Chelsea also lurking.
Unfortunately for United, Chelsea appears to have the edge given their standing in the Premier League, looking set for Champions League football next year.
However, with over half the season to go and United once more in the top half of the table, there is still hope of European football for The Red Devils next year.
Also, the prospect of playing under Amorim as part of United’s rebuild project could be an exciting opportunity for the 20-year-old.
