Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is required.
Valid driver’s license.
Business Management qualification or relevant qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Manager in a fast food environment is required.
Retail experience managing multiple stores would be beneficial.
Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills.
Leadership and decision-making ability.
Excellent computer skills.
Situated within the MAHIKENG area will be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all business operations are conducted in accordance with the company standard.
Must be able to manage staff, open and close the store, handle cash-ups.
Oversee and coordinate business operations of the retail store to achieve financial goals and operational targets.
Influence team members to be customer oriented, effective, productive and knowledgeable.
Must be able to plan and do projections to ensure smooth running of the store.
Place orders for stock needs and ensure that there are no stock shortages.
Ability to identify areas for performance improvement.
Manage the POS (cash register) system and liaise with the POS service provider.
Process sales, refunds, exchanges and resolve customer complaints.
Manage training of new staff and new products
Must understand GP, ATV and must be able to put in measures to increase sales.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to positively impact business.
Ensure all station checklists are being used and that are no bottlenecks.
