Manager, Business Development
Job Description
- Articulate and set the desired Transaction Banking Investor Services client plan and specific client strategy to ensure that key Transaction Banking Investor Services clients are retained, their revenue is grown, and the client experience is improved
- Implement effective sales strategies and plans to ensure delivery of Transaction Banking Investor Services client plans to exceed both Transaction Banking Investor Services financial targets and the quality of client experience targets (IS CSI)
- Define and manage the desires Transaction Banking Investor Services financial performance for the Transaction Banking Investor Services clients in Rest of Africa and ensure that the GTB clients receive the best client experience on.

Qualification:
- First Degree: Financial and Business Degree
Experience Required
- Investor Services (Custody) experience essential.
- Ability to interact and negotiate at a senior level
- Proven track record in client management and acquisition in Investor Services
- Target driven and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to solution in partnership with IS clients
