Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the company
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Attend meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.
Ensure budget and resources are well allocated.
Develop strategies and tactics to advertise our company
Build good business relationship between the company and its clients
Identify the needs of our clients and provide solutions
Supply clients with necessary information about our services
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Recommend ways to improve company brand
Stay updated on current recruiting procedures
Assist with the recruitment activities
Create and update all client’s records
Implement actions that improve the team members
Promote our brand and its services at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 5 years proven experience as manager in related field
Knowledge of recruitment and marketing is very necessary
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Ability to work independently and reliably
Great networking abilities
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
Good attention to details.
