Manchester United could be without four midfielder for their game against Chelsea tomorrow.
Ruud van Nistelrooy has taken over as interim manager in the midst of a major injury crisis at Carrington.
Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount, Toby Collyer and Christian Eriksen are all expected to be unavailable.
In their absence, one of United’s most exciting academy prospects has been called up to first team training.

Jayce Fitzgerald was spotted with United’s senior squad at Carrington before their game against Chelsea.
The 17-year-old featured on the bench in Wednesday’s 5-2 League cup victory over Leicester.
Van Nistelrooy called him up as a late replacement for Eriksen, who dropped out of the squad with an injury on the day.
Jayce Fitzgerald was set to start for United’s Under-21s against PSV, but was instead an unused substitute for the first team.
He is arguably the most versatile player in United’s academy, able to play in multiple positions.
In his seven appearances for the Under-18s this season, Fitzgerald has made three appearances as a centre back, two as an attacking midfielder, and one at right back and central midfield.

He has also been involved in the England setup, appearing for their Under-15 and Under-17 sides in his career.
Prior to his sacking, Erik ten Hag was impressed by the teenager and even thought about integrating him into first team training last season.
If Fitzgerald is to make his debut, he will become the 252nd academy graduate to do so for United.
While this may be unlikely against a ‘Big Six’ opposition like Chelsea, United’s Europa League game against PAOK next Thursday could be a real opportunity for him.
