We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance operations in our plastic manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities while leading a team of technicians to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the factory.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery.
Lead troubleshooting and repairs for production equipment, including injection molding machines and auxiliary systems.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and ensure inventory availability.
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Identify areas for equipment optimization and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance within a plastic manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including injection molding equipment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
