Machine Operator
Duties:
- Setting up machine to start production cycle
- Support other machine operators to ensure good flow of production process
- Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately and relay important information about the issue etc.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings
- Filling containers with the required number of products using filling machines
- Adjusting machine components and pressure to ensure quality and conformity of products
- Keeping accurate records of production quantities
- Following safety and sanitary procedures to prevent product contamination
- Perform simple hourly maintenance on the machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate
Requirements:
- Minimum of Ond in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in a bottling production company is a major advantage.
- Sound knowledge on usage of KRONES or SIDEL machines would be an added advantage.
- Experience: 2-4 years
