MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
Min of 5 previous year’s nut farming experience
Previous Macadamia farm experience advantageous
and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment is compulsory
Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of farm equipment, irrigation pumps and irrigation systems
Computer literate
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Valid driver’s license
