Though he was believed to be destroyed at the end of the last game, M. Bison couldn’t stay gone for long and is about to return to the stage once again.
Capcom just released the official battle theme for Bison in Street Fighter 6 for fans to take a listen before his official release later this month.
The title of the song was revealed to be “Undying Desire,” which is pretty darn fitting for someone whose insatiable lust for power seems to have brought them back from the grave.
As for how the track actually sounds, it starts out low and brooding with a lot of deep brass setting the tone with the digital beat.
The song does build up into the second half though it never really hits hard on the bombast like you might expect of Bison in his prime.
Instead, it sounds like someone skulking in the shadows, which is a bit fitting for this incarnation of the fighter.
As was previously announced, M. Bison is set to kick off Season 2 content in Street Fighter 6 on June 26 followed by Terry Bogard, Mai Shiranui and Elena.
Some players got to have early hands on with Bison and showcased some new gameplay footage that reveals some interesting changes to his moveset in SF6.
