Up to this point, Luke’s only been in two Street Fighter games between 5 and 6 where he’s been a contender for best character in both, and maybe we’ll be adding another one to that list (sort of).
Luke is now playable in Ultra Street Fighter 4 thanks to a new PC mod that even grants him his own unique moveset inspired by his actual official appearances.
The dude’s got some different but familiar target combos, an altered Flash Knuckle, and his Rising Uppercut including the EX variant to knock the opponent back down to the ground afterwards.
It’s not USF4 without some tight combo loops, though, so Zantetsuken delivered on that by showing off that this Luke can link his Sand Blasts, jabs and even more together — made even more scary by the fact he’s got red focus now.

This mod seems to be a collaborative effort with the main creators apparently being qwertyuo2003 for the custom moveset and alan-ARS for the SF4-style model.
