Luke Shaw appears to be making progress with his current injury woes, with the left-back returning to the grass at Carrington once more.
Shaw was seen in individual training this morning in an open training session ahead of Manchester United’s Europa League fixture with Fenerbahce tomorrow.
The left-back has been out of action for most of 2024, which combined with Tyrell Malacia’s injury has caused real issues for Erik ten Hag.
The Dutch manager has been without a senior left-back for most of the year, relying on Diogo Dalot and now Lisandro Martinez to cover the role.
However Shaw’s return to individual training marks a massive step on his road to recovery.
United’s injury woes appear to be lifting all around, with Leny Yoro also seen in individual training last week after suffering a broken metatarsal in the pre-season tour opener against Arsenal this summer.
This is a breaking story with more to follow.
