Job Description Summary
As a member of the LTSA team, you will be an active contributor to the execution of the LTSA (Long Term Spares Agreement) with customer to supply Turbine and Generator spare parts. This role will require you to support the technical and commercials aspects of the spare parts in the execution of the contract.
Job Description
Your Role:
Maintain the comprehensive catalog of LTSA spare parts, including product specifications, descriptions, and pricing.
Collaborate with the customer and COE teams to establish and negotiate parts pricing,
Collaborate with Customer in verification, updating and approving of LTSA cataloguing information.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
Utilize inventory management software to input and manage product data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Work closely with COE to obtain accurate product information and resolve any cataloguing issues.
Provision of technical support of spare parts for sourcing and quotations.
Support the sales team by providing detailed product information and assisting in the preparation of customer queries and parts batches.
Analyze catalog data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Analyze catalog data to identify parts that can be manufactured locally.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all cataloguing activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or any Technical qualification
Proven experience in cataloguing, inventory management, or a similar role within the spare parts or engineering industry.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with turbine and generator systems, spare parts and technical specifications.
Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Power plant knowledge or experience
