To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
Provide leadership and ensure excellent guest service is provided by the staff.
Ensure the lounge is stocked with necessary consumables within the budget approval to avoid stock out.
Ensure all food production meet specifications, and standards set by the organization.
Carry out routine inspection/check to ensure equipment are properly maintained.
Provide weekly/monthly performance and activities reports.
Ensure a maximum safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action e.t.c
Academic Qualification and Skills
OND / HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.
Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years work experience in the same capacity.
Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
Attention to details and sociable personality.
Ability to take ownership of the business and commitment to achieving steady growth.
Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
