Responsible for contacting overdue customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
Understand the reasons for overdue customers and make reasonable repayment plan according to company policy and customer's situation.
Record the collection process and update customer information in a timely manner.
Assist in handling customer complaints and maintaining customer relationship.
Obey the arrangement of superior leaders and complete other work assigned by superior leaders.
JOB BENEFITS
Basic salary: 60,000 Naira
Weekly bonus, daily bonus, weekly bonus, Sunday bonus (up to 15k) available
1,000 Naira Transportation allowance for one week of joining the company (Training period)
Permission to work from home after one week (Will return to office for extensive training if not performing well)
Salary increment after the first three months and again in six month time.
Year-end bonus for good performance every year.
