This is a full-time Recovery Agent role, with the flexibility for some remote work.
As a Recovery Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve debt collection, using analytical skills to assess financial situations, effective communication with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hybrid role primarily located in Lagos, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-3 years experience.
Experience in debt collection, finance, and customer service
Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations related to debt collection
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
