In the last year, Manchester United have made huge changes to their staff, from the club’s hierarchy to their training coaches.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe has introduced a ruthless cost-saving approach to the club to make it more financially sustainable.
No member of staff is exempt from having their contract terminated, not even the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson.
Now, one staff member that Ractliffe let go of has moved to one of United’s biggest rivals.

Liverpool have hired ex-United staff member Robin Sadler as their new first team physio.
He is one of many changes that they have made to their medical team, including appointing a new head of physical performance and a new director of medicine and performance.
The 44-year-old spent three years as head of physiotherapy and rehabilitation at Carrington, before leaving earlier this year.
He left his position after Sir Jim and INEOS Sport completed their minority stake purchase of United.
He completed his degree in physiotherapy at Ulster University and began his career on the other side of Manchester.
Sadler spent 16 years as a first team physio at Manchester City.
After leaving that role, he was head physio at Derby County from 2016.

Liverpool released a statement to announce his arrival, where Robin Sadler expressed his excitement to work with the Merseyside club.
‘There are some excellent sports medicine practitioners here at Liverpool.
‘It’s exciting to work here and to see what we can try to achieve together,’ he said.
‘My role is primarily to work and support performance to enable players to fulfil their potential both in training and out on the pitch on a matchday.’
