Job Overview:
The main requirement of the Customer Care Consultant is to handle customer complaints, process orders, provide information about a company's products and services and resolve queries.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12/ Matric Qualification gained within the last 2 years
No Work Experience gained
Excellent telephone etiquette and good listening skills
Must have excellent communication (written and verbal)
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Clear Criminal record
Must have an original ID
Must not be on any other learnership programme or currently studying
