Images have now come out of United’s third kit for the upcoming 2024/25 season, with the design being a throwback to the 1991 kit.
This new kit leak comes only a few weeks after United’s new Home Kit was leaked by Opaleak only a few days prior to their release date of 1st July.
The leak comes through Footy Headlines who have announce the third kit by Adidas is a re-release of the 1991 kit as wore back in the day by Steve Bruce, Denis Irwin, Paul Ince, Bryan Robson and Mark Hughes to name but a few.
The kit was historically worn by the Red Devils in their 1990-91 European Cup Winners Cup victory, beating Barcelona 2-1 thanks to a Mark Hughes brace with assists from Steve Bruce and Bryan Robson.
The kit is identical to the original being a white geometrical shimmer base with red detailing, even replicating the old United and Adidas logos.
Adidas have previously re-released the 1991 home and away its for United, so it’s expected that this remake shirt will once again be the Red Devils third kit.
