Responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Solutions Purchaser (Cranes, Maintenance and Repair related topics) to join the team.
Your responsibilities will cover:

Define and implement, together with the global team, the South Africa Service Solutions category strategy.
Support regional activities running RFQ's for Service Solutions​ (stakeholder management, supplier selection, contract preparation and negotiation)
Support MED sales team on finding subcontractors in new Markets
Ensure that suppliers are supporting Vestas goals in terms of cost, sustainability, delivery, quality and safety.
Lead Supplier relationship and performance management.
Work in collaboration with the team members to ensure RPO targets are achieved

Qualifications

We are looking for an effective procurement professional, ideally with a proven history of a similar category.
Bachelor/diploma or Master's degree in the field of (or related to) Supply Chain Management (either Business or Engineering) is required.
Experience of 4 years in Procurement.
Highly proficient in English, written and verbally and ideally in French and Arabic. Other languages will be highly valuated (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian…).
