The Lagos State government has unsealed De-Angels Donald’s Fast Food, belonging to celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest hours after the edifice was shut down.
Recall that the state commissioner for environment and water resources, Tokunboh Wahab, announced the closure of the restaurant located on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1, in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter).
Wahab claimed that Donald’s Fast Food was closed down for violating environmental laws despite multiple warnings and notices of abatement being sent to the proprietors.
“After several warnings and abatement notices, LASEPA sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions”, he wrote on his X page.

Team members from the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) have now opened the De-Angels Donald’s Fast Food package in the wee hours of Tuesday.
According to reports, the restaurant owner signed an agreement promising to abide by the state’s environmental rules, and that was when the decision was made to unseal the joint.
The restaurant’s decision to reopen includes a pledge to only run it as a fast-food restaurant going forward, as it was originally forbidden due to its location in a residential region of the state and the fact that clubbing and partying are prohibited there.
